- Mainly daily accounting operations, prepare payment vouchers, invoices, claims, statement of account and handle the daily transaction such as accounts payable and accounts receivable. - Able to handle accounts book keeping. - Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping. - Able to use account software and computer literate.
-Mainly assist in various coordination work and general administration. -Any other task assigned from time to time. -Implement an efficient administration system that constantly supports operational activities. -Data entry and generate memos, acknowledgement letter and reports when appropriate. -Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of documentation. -Process invoices and payments. -Attention to detail and accuracy.
